This year's installment in our wood barrel series features 3 unique varieties. A sour aged in a Fielding Estates Red Wine barrel with a bit of mango added, a light lager aged in a Fielding Estates Red Wine barrel, and an imperial stout aged in a Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrel. All 3 have distinct characteristics in both aroma and flavour of the barrels they were aged in. 

With the addition of our new Crème Brûlée Stout. A very dark, sweet, full-bodied, slightly roasted ale with notes of a coffee-and-cream, or sweetened espresso. These combine with the caramelized brown sugar and vanilla additions to give a dessert type flavour and aroma reminiscent of creme brulee.
