Barrel Aged Sour - 4.7% ABV

This year's installment in our wood barrel series features 3 unique varieties. A sour aged in a Fielding Estates Red Wine barrel with a bit of mango added, a light lager aged in a Fielding Estates Red Wine barrel, and an imperial stout aged in a Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrel. All 3 have distinct characteristics in both aroma and flavour of the barrels they were aged in.
